Good Start: Great Finish: Improving Completion Rates for New Apprentices
		The following Report is the result of research undertaken by the Group Training Association of Victoria commissioned and funded by the Victorian Office of Training and Tertiary Education (OTTE).    It provides a snapshot of issues surrounding apprenticeship completion and some good practice responses to these issues by Group Training Organisations (GTOs) and employers. Whilst the research is focussed on one state the results are highly relevant and universally applicable to Group Training Organisations, their host employers and direct employers of Australian Apprentices throughout Australia.   Download publication: Good Start Great Finish Report   GTA has also produced a flyer for employers containing tips to help apprentices complete their trade training.
