6.00-10.45pm Hartley’s Creek Crocodile Farm Tour & Buffet Dinner
On arrival, you will be supplied with a torch and escorted along the boardwalks spotlighting nocturnal animals and crocodiles. You will see a huge estuarine (saltwater) crocodile hand fed in a presentation which also features Australia’s indigenous freshwater crocodile. You will then have the opportunity to have a photo taken of you holding a LIVE baby crocodile while enjoying a welcoming drink and canapés.
Before dinner you will cruise the still waters of Hartley’s Lagoon and experience the domain of the Saltwater Crocodile in its natural habitat. You will then move to Lilies Restaurant for a BBQ Dinner including beer, wine and soft drinks before heading back to Cairns.
Bus transfers depart from the Hilton cairns at 6.00pm and from Mantra Trilogy at 6.10pm. Delegates staying at all other hotels should walk to either of the above pick up locations.
The return bus departs Hartley’s at 10.00pm and returns to Cairns at 10:40pm.
6.40-9.30pm Cairns Inlet Dinner Cruise – Vessel: Ocean Cruise
Enjoy dinner on a luxurious catamaran, Ocean Cruise, while cruising on the calm waters of Trinity Inlet. With a glass of champagne in hand, stroll the decks and savour the sights of the city by night. Enjoy a sumptuous 4 course hot & cold buffet featuring some of the region’s best produce – mouth watering prawns, oysters, reef fish & exotic platters of fruit – all freshly prepared on board. As the moon rises, the gentle strumming of the guitar commences. Price includes a glass of champagne on arrival, all other drinks cash on the night.
Cruise departs at 7:00pm (boarding from 6:40pm) from Marlin Jetty and returns at 9:30pm.
7.00-10.30pm BBQ Dinner Poolside at Cairns International Hotel
Walk to Cairns International and head towards the pool deck for a casual BBQ Dinner with colleagues. Price includes a welcome drink and a BBQ Dinner. A cash bar will be available on the night.
